Loved its excellent and friendly staff.
The location was beautiful and quiet as for me. My room included a work desk, a satellite TV and a seating area.

I recently had a stay at a charming hotel located in the outskirts of Evora. The first thing that caught my attention was the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail that I found throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. The basic amenities provided in the room were more than sufficient, and I loved the separate bedroom that offered privacy and comfort. The highlight of my stay was definitely the lovely terrace attached to my room. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was delicious. The variety of fresh bread, ham, cheese, fruits, and desserts was a great way to start the day.
Everything was just fine, nothing to complain about.

The venue was pleasant, I really enjoyed the location close enough to Évora, a restaurant and BARS, and city views. The location was nice rural and absolutely perfect for me, in the outskirts of Evora. Also, Cartuxa was 3 km away.

This hotel is a true gem tucked away in the rural outskirts of a charming Portuguese town. The location close to nature offers a peaceful and serene atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Despite being nestled in a tranquil setting, the hotel is conveniently situated very close to the center of the city, making it easy to explore all that the area has to offer. The rooms are beautifully decorated with quaint decor, providing a cozy and comfortable ambiance. I especially loved the separate bedroom and the lovely terrace, allowing for a truly enjoyable stay. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel was delightful, with a wide range of local specialties and delicious Portuguese fare to choose from.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were exceptional, leaving no room for improvement.

The only positive reminder is the .... check out!
The list is long .... It is not 1,5km from évora. Is at least 2km from the city limit, which is about 8km from city centre. Smell in the rooms, namely in room 1, is awful, mould is everywhere (curtains are black with it) and the plastic cups on the bathrooms were also filthy and full of mould. The mini bar on top the table is inconceivable, and even more, all the drinks inside were out date. The swimming pool was not usable, nor it was posted on the web site, only beautiful pictures of something you cannot use. Guests come in and out all the time, namely after 24:00 until 3:00 am. The breakfast is very poor. The grass around the facilities is on average 1 meter high, which is even prohibited by law and it looks more like an abandoned place.

Nice terrace next to the swimming pool. It is lovely to see the sunset from there.
We were "upgraded" to a suite, but actually I would prefered a normal room. The room was not clean and smelled very badly (fungus) + a lot of flies. On our 3rd night, the cleaning lady didn't show up and our room was not made up at all. Appologies were made, but no discount was offered. Breakfast is very simple. Location is much further away than stated in the discription.

Our stay at Hotel Quinta Dos Bastos was overall enjoyable. The room, albeit outdated, was clean and spacious. The rural setting provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We appreciated the separate living room area and balcony overlooking the fields. The location, though a bit out of town, was easy to navigate with a car. We found the price to be reasonable for our one-night stay. I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stay.

The location is a few kilometers outside of the city in a very nice environment, the rooms are relatively large and the comfort was very good with airconditioning, a nice swimming pool and plenty more.
The boss seems to not be interested in his guests at all, we were said to go away because we were looking at a sports car that was in front of the residence, which we didn't even get close to. Friends of ours also rented a room there, but had a lot of problems with flies and stench in their room.

The peaceful location outside the hustle and bustle of the city was blissful. The beautiful property offered a stunning stay with pristine swimming pool and lovely country-style decor. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.
The breakfast was quite basic and could have been improved, but it did the job. The cleanliness of the accommodations could have been better.
